Felt filters/prefilters – 100% felt wadding
in polyester fiber –
polyester flake filter media – ( polyester filter media or filter media ).
Present in different thicknesses (5–10–15–20mm).
The standard weight of the material is
120-150–200g per m2. The main color is white,
but there is the possibility of also supplying them blue or black
(the latter only for felt impregnated with activated carbon
– active carbon – in a thickness of 5 mm). We also provide
custom height felt prefilter coils.

FELT FILTERS AND PRE-FILTERS
SPONGE FILTERS AND PRE-FILTERS
Filters/prefilters in flexible cross-linked polyurethane foam
with open calibrated cells based on polyester or polyether polyol
( Foam or Sponge ). The prefilters can have a different degree
of porosity, greater/lesser filtration, this degree is measured
in PPI ( pores per inch ) 10 – 20 – 30 – 45 – 60 – 75 – 90, with
different size/shape and thickness depending on the ‘use.
The porosity (PPI from 10 to 90) is proportional to the filtration
you want to obtain, the higher the number of pores per inch the
greater the filtration. Furthermore, the sponge filters/prefilters can
also be produced as self-extinguishing.
GARDENING FILTERS
Panel or round paper filters, with or
without reinforcing mesh. We have a range of
shaped filters in filter sponge (sponge or foam) or felt
(filter media) adaptable to the original OEM, with application
on the main models of garden machinery, garden tractors,
brush cutters, chainsaws, blowers and more.
AQUARIUM AND POND FILTERS
Products in open-cell flexible cross-linked polyurethane foam
based on polyether polyol,
specific for the filtration of aquariums and
KOI carp ponds (Japanese gardens), also combined with other
filtering materials such as filter media or razor clams, creating
different filtration layers.
FILTERS FOR DRYERS AND VACUUM CLEANERS
Open calibrated cell sponge filters in
polyester-based polyurethane, compatible with the main brands
and types of dryers, including Whirlpool, Miele,
Electrolux, Beko, Gorenje, Samsung, Candy, Bosch.
NAUTICAL FILTERS
Air filters both in paper of the round or
panel type, and in
cross-linked polyurethane foam with open calibrated cells, which find
application on the main nautical engines;
we can create, based on drawings or samples,
filters for “Original Equipment” supplies as well.
POLYUREANE SPONGES FOR SAFETY TANKS
Specific sponges for application in safety tanks,
installed on cars and motorbikes, where the calibrated cavities of the
polyurethane sponge control the accidental movement of petrol
, avoiding the generation of vapors and consequent explosions.
The polyurethane sponge, introduced into the tanks of
track/enduro/cross motorcycles, also allows for greater
stability of the vehicle, especially when changing direction.
Available in multiple formats, 30x30x30, 40x40x40, 50x50x50 cubes,
in cuttable strips or other formats that can be customized by the customer.
MOTORCYCLE AND SCOOTER FILTERS
Panel or round paper filters, with
or without reinforcing mesh. We have the range of
shaped filters in filter sponge (sponge), adaptable
to the original OEM, in the colors black – light blue – red with
applications on the main motorcycle and scooter models.
We also produce soundproofing for flywheels
and vibration dampers.
COALESCENCE FILTERS
Products in open-cell flexible cross-linked polyurethane foam
based on polyether polyol, specific
for the mechanical and biological filtration of water. The
defined and uniform structure of the holes offers excellent
filtration of pure water and waste water loaded with
mineral oils. This type of filter can
be offered in its different porosities, such as: 10-20-30-45 PPI.
The filters can be made in customized sheets, of the septum or cylindrical type.
